Receive up to $15,000 wage subsidy per apprentice or pre-apprentice to train and fill critical positions required for stability, continuity, and growth.

Receive up to $50,000 annually to reimburse manufacturers for half (50%) of training costs incurred to upskill their employees to meet current and emerging market demands.

Statewide guidance counselors have access to the I Got It Made digital lookbook and website – a complete guide to manufacturing education and careers in Connecticut.

Connecticut Invention Convention 

The CIC partners with local Technical High Schools to bring invention education to its students – professional development for school staff, student resources, and access to state finals.

Career Road Shows Series 

Manufacturers are encouraged to participate in one of several regional events, which introduce middle and high school students to manufacturing careers.
