    Connecticut’s first Manufacturing Strategic Plan explores three pillars supported by innovation: Workforce Growth & Development, Supply Chain Resiliency, and Industry Expansion.

    Paul is giving manufacturers a seat at the policy-making table, coordinating efforts from the state and private sector to expand manufacturing in Connecticut.

Manufacturing, Engineering & Technology (MET) Career Fair

Description: Employers will meet well-prepared entry-level candidates for full-time, internship and apprentice roles and keep this trained talent right here in Connecticut and students will get to meet perspective employers. The event is free and transportation will be provided from many college campuses.

The American Manufacturing Hall of Fame

The American Manufacturing Hall of Fame announces the theme “Boldly Go! Celebrating those who innovate!" for the upcoming AMHoF induction ceremony on April 12, 2023 from 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM at the Jackson Laboratories in Farmington, CT.  

Student-Manufacturer Connection Fair

Description: Manufacturing employers have an opportunity to showcase their business through interactive outreach to K-12 students throughout the State. The event is free held at the State Capitol Building in downtown Hartford. Schools and employers are encouraged to attend.
